Training Plans
Option #1 gives you the flexibility to go month to month...as long as you need...as little as you want for $100 a month. This option provides you with a customized training plan and unlimited e-mail contact with me.
Option #2 provides with everything you get in Option #1...with the addition of in person training sessions at $25 each...starting a total of $125 per month.
Option #3 provides you with a customized training plan with no further contact with me...for a one time fee of $300.
Each of these options comes with an evaluation of your current ability/fitness level...and an assessment of your goals.
